my first creation - cream cheese :)
and in honor of Valentine's Day (since it's in the height of Mardi Gras this year)
this one is half cream cheese, half cream cheese and apple - looking forward to tasting!
yummy!!
It's just too bad that I came upon making these at the end of Mardi Gras - or maybe it's not - my poor hips are probably happy! :)
